Our team
The people who build it with you.
Northlane is a small team of operators, engineers and trainers. We have run the processes we now automate, so we know what has to work on Monday morning.
Who we are
Consultants, engineers and trainers under one roof
The people who scope your project are the people who build it. Every engagement is led by a senior consultant and an engineer from day one.
How we work
Small senior teams, no hand-offs to juniors
01
Senior people only
The consultants who scope your project are the ones who build it. No bait-and-switch and no layers of account managers.
02
Vendor-neutral by default
We recommend the models and tools that fit your stack and budget. We take no referral fees from anyone.
03
Built to hand over
Every project ends with documentation, training and a team that can run the system without us.
