The challenge
Corvo builds industrial pumps from more than 4,000 parts. Planners found out about shortages when the line stopped, and kept extra stock everywhere to stay safe.
What we built
We cleaned three years of ERP and supplier data, then trained a forecasting model that flags risky parts two weeks ahead. Planners get a short daily list instead of another dashboard.
