What we built

We set up a private model environment and connected it to Fernway’s approved clause library. Lawyers describe the deal, and the assistant produces a first draft with every clause traced back to its source.

First drafts are 70% faster. Each lawyer saves around 18 hours a month, and every document still goes through human review.
